Keeler Hardware after being a loyal client for over 12 months decided to invest some money into Conversion Rate Optimisation.

The goal was very specific by Keeler Hardware – they wanted to increase their ecommerce conversion rate by 30%. That was the bottom line.

Our Approach

After completing a full CRO audit of the website, Digital Eagles were able to implement some UX changes and re-format the website to perform much better from a conversion perspective. The audit included the following:

The Numbers

After performing the audit, creating a hypothesis and presenting the new website design, which was approved and implemented, Keeler Hardware saw a huge spike in conversion rate improving by 34%, they saw 33% increase in transaction and a whopping 48% in revenue during the tested period.
